Developed by Donaldson, Ultra-Web® transformed the dust collection industry by employing a web of very fine, resilient fiber 0.2-0.3 microns in diameter to catch submicron dust particles at the surface of the filter. This advanced surface loading prevents particulate from settling in deep in the filter substrate, allowing PowerCore filter packs to last up to twice as long as filters constructed from traditional cellulose media. The fluted configuration of the Ultra-Web media in each filter pack increases filtration area and efficiency, allowing one filter pack to replace multiple cartridge or bag-style filters. They are also easier to install and maintain than conventional filters, reducing maintenance costs and downtime. Ultra-Web^® SB

PowerCore® Filter Packs employ Ultra-Web® SB (spun bound) in a unique media configuration that delivers longer filter life, cleaner air and a compact filter that does the work of multiple cartridge or bag filters.

Ultra-Web® SB combines the legendary surface-loading properties of Donaldson Ultra-Web media with a spunbond substrate designed to withstand moisture with excellent abrasion resistance and chemical tolerance. This substrate is covered by a web of very fine, resilient fiber 0.2 – 0.3 microns in diameter to catch submicron dust particles at the surface of the filter. This advanced surface loading prevents particulates from settling in deep in the filter substrate, allowing PowerCore filter packs to last up to twice as long as traditional spunbond media. The fluted configuration of the Ultra-Web® media in each filter pack increases filtration area and efficiency, allowing one filter pack to replace multiple cartridge or bag-stye filters. They are also easier to install and maintain than cartridge filters, reducing maintenance costs and downtime. It all adds up to filter packs that last longer, clean better and cost less to operate than competitive filters.

Ultra-Web^® Conductive FR

Ultra-Web® Conductive FR PowerCore® filter packs employ a carbon-impregnated cellulose media substrate that dissipates static charge build-up.

Using the efficient PowerCore configuration, each filter pack does the work of multiple cartridges or bag filters.

Donaldson Ultra-Web Conductive FR cartridge filters provide the unmatched surface loading performance of Ultra-Web with a premium carbon-impregnated substrate manufactured for applications where electrostatic charges can accumulate. This specialized substrate dissipates static charges, making it the ideal media for chemical processing, general industrial, pharmaceutical and pulp and paper applications.

The Ultra-Web outer layer employs a web of very fine resilient fibre 0.2-0.3 microns in diameter to catch very fine dust particles at the surface of the filter. This prevents particulate from settling deep into the filter substrate, for improved pulse cleaning and a lower pressure drop.

The fluted configuration of the Ultra-Web Conductive FR media maximizes the filtration area and efficiency, allowing one filter pack to replace multiple cartridge or bag-style filters. PowerCore filter packs are also easier to install and maintain than cartridge filters, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.

It all adds up to filter packs that last longer, clean better and cost less to operate.
